Beyza Oba

Beyza Oba is a lecturer and researcher in organization studies at Istanbul Bilgi University. She carried out her doctoral study on business ethics at İstanbul University. She has researched and published, with a critical management perspective, on topics such as the hegemonic struggle of employer unions, the role of trust in industrial districts, strategies in and around open-source software communities, and gender diversity practices of Turkish companies. She currently works on alternative consumer cooperatives and food politics.
