Marta Santos Silva

Marta Santos Silva (PhD in law) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Centre for Justice and Governance at the University of Minho. She completed executive training in Behavioral Economics and Nudging at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and served on the EC’s Expert Group on Liability and New Technologies. Dr Santos Silva’s contributions to this book are funded by the contract-program “Stimulus to Scientific Employment – Institutional” CEECINST/00157/2018 by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia.
