Megan Egler

Megan Egler is an ecological economist interested in the political economy of extraction, energy transition, and desirable futures in historical fossil fuel regions. She cofounded DegrowUS in 2018 and has organized with the group ever since, and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Victoria, where her work supports community-led energy transitions.
