Nilo Coradini de Freitas

Nilo Coradini de Freitas holds a PhD in Organization Studies, and from August 2025, he is an assistant professor in Management at the American University of Paris. Nilo has written a Mas-ter of Science dissertation relating the oeuvre of Ivan Illich to the field of Organization Studies (2019, PPGA/UFRGS, Brazil). With Neto Leão, he has also translated Ivan Illich’s In the Mir-ror of the Past to Portuguese (N-1 Edições, 2024). Nilo has also co-authored papers using the concept of conviviality in Cadernos EBAPE.BR, Farol – Journal of Organization Studies and Society, and Management and Connections Journal.
