Sylvia Lorek is a researcher and policy consultant for sustainable consumption. She holds a PhD in consumer economics and has a lecturer position at the University of Applied Science in Münster. As chair of the Sustainable Europe Research Institute Germany e.V. she provides research for national and international organizations and institutes and is engaged in various national and international networks on sustainable consumption.
